Before you book

What’s the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before each experience. Plans change; we understand.
How long is the pack valid?
Twelve months from the day you book. Schedule each experience whenever you’re ready within that year.
Do you collect us from our hotel?
On the 4x4, mini-van and guided walk days, yes: hotel and apartment pickup across the Funchal area is included. Boat trips start at the marina, and canyoning has a meeting point for part of the year. Each pack page says which is which.
What’s not included?
Pickup from outside the Funchal area, any trail or entrance fees on guided walks, and food and drinks. We’ll confirm any small extras when you schedule each experience.
How fit do we need to be?
It depends on the pack. Madeira at Ease has no hiking at all; the walking packs need you to be comfortable on your feet for a few hours. Tell us your level and we’ll match the day to you.
