Rabaçal 25 Fontes Guided Walk

Explore Rabaçal on a guided levada walk, visiting Risco Waterfall, the 25 Fontes lagoon and its natural springs.

Starting from the Paúl da Serra plateau, you’ll descend into one of Madeira’s greenest valleys, following historic levada paths through peaceful water channels and laurel-forest scenery.

Along the way you’ll reach the impressive Risco Waterfall, then continue to 25 Fontes — an emerald lagoon beneath a steep cliff, fed by multiple natural springs. On the return, you’ll cross the 800m tunnel, adding an extra touch of adventure to the walk.
