Right after your reservation, we’ll send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. If the car is available, it’s secured and reserved for you. In the unlikely event that it’s not available, we’ll notify you immediately and offer a similar alternative. Once confirmed, your car (or a comparable model) will be ready and waiting when you arrive.

Yes, insurance is included.

Not covered: wheels/tyres, lost key, interior damage, or incidents involving alcohol/drugs.

If you’re 21+ with 1+ year of licence: no deposit or credit card required.

There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

To rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old and have held your driving license for 1 year or more.

If you meet these conditions, no deposit is required.

However, if you’re under 21 or have had your license for less than one year, a €600 refundable deposit will be required at the time of pick-up.

Extras such as an additional driver or a baby/child seat are available for €5 per day, subject to availability.

Yes — our rates can change depending on the time of year, demand, and availability. Since we work with five trusted local rental companies, we’re able to offer you the best available options at any given time. To guarantee the best price, we always recommend booking in advance, especially during high season or holidays.

•Madeira Airport: €17.50 per trip

• Accommodation in Funchal: €15 per trip

•Office (Lido area): free during 9am–6pm

If you choose airport delivery, a team member will be waiting for you upon arrival.

For pick-ups or drop-offs outside these hours, an additional fee of €25 per service applies.
